Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy, if you have any questions please get in touch.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will
also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, post it to the address above. Please note:

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we
will receive your returned item.
